Is the campsite secure and supervised?

Our campsite is fully fenced and secure, with all parking lots inside the campsite and gates closed from midnight to 6am. All year round we have security guards on site 24/7. In high season we have a security guard on site day and night. We also have surveillance cameras. The aquatic area is supervised every day in July and August by a lifeguard.

Are bicycles available for hire on site?

For bike hire, we have a partner in Vias with whom you can benefit from special rates. Please ask at reception.

Are animations included?

On-site entertainment is included in the price of your rental. Only certain activities offered outside the campsite (go-karting, jet-skiing, bananas, visits, cruises…) with our partners are subject to a charge. You benefit from a preferential rate. On the campsite, rental of the padel court is subject to a charge (loan of equipment is free).

Are there any shops on the campsite?

The campsite has a bar-restaurant, a snack bar, a small grocery store and a wellness area (massages, treatments, waxing).

Do I have to pay for wifi?

Wifi is available throughout the campsite. It is provided by an operator, all packages are available on their platform and you pay directly online on their interface.

Do I have to pay for the kids’ club?

The Kids Club is free. No pre-registration required, just go to the Mini-Club.

Do you have a kids’ club?

The campsite has a kids’ club for children aged 4 to 12, as well as a teenagers’ club.
The Mini-Club program includes treasure hunts, face painting, modeling, drawing, manual workshops, sports tournaments and a mini-disco. The mini-club is not a day-care center; children are free to come and go from the mini-club, so it’s important that they know where you are.

Do you offer any entertainment at the campsite?

We offer events from opening in April to closing in September.
In July and August, we offer daily daytime and evening entertainment for all ages and tastes. In addition to the entertainment on offer, you have access to the campsite’s facilities: aquatic area, sports hall, multi-sports pitch, beach volleyball, mini-golf, ping-pong, paddle, rowing boats, playground, etc.

Is there a recharging point on the campsite?

The campsite has 2 charging stations.

What to do if you arrive late?

In the off-season, you can arrive until 10:30 pm, and in July and August until midnight.
Please let us know before 6 p.m. so that we can prepare for your arrival and provide you with the necessary instructions. We have wardens on site to welcome you.

Do you offer cleaning packages?

It is possible to take the 95 € cleaning package. This option does not include depositing your garbage in the containers or washing up.

Are minors accepted?

Minors not accompanied by a parent are not allowed on the campsite.

When can I get my deposit back?
  • In the case of pitches, your deposit will be returned or destroyed when you hand in all the bracelets you have paid for on your departure.
  • When renting, your deposit will be forfeited within 48 hours if no damage is found during the inventory of fixtures after your departure. Any damage, tears and/or stains not reported on the day of your arrival will be deducted from your deposit.

The sum of 95 € will be deducted from the deposit if the accommodation is not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness on the day of departure.

Can we bring our own barbecue?

Only electric barbecues are permitted on pitches. Please note, however, that depending on the device you use, this may cause your mobile home to trip.

Is wearing a bracelet compulsory?

The wristband issued on arrival must be worn permanently on the wrist throughout your stay and returned on departure. It gives access to the campsite, its swimming pool and activities. Lost wristbands will be billed at €10.

Can I choose my pitch or mobile home?

When you make your reservation, please let us know your choice of pitches and any constraints you may have, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What are the arrival and departure times?
  • Pitches are available from 12pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12pm on the day of departure.
  • Rentals are available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

You can arrive earlier so that we can take care of the arrival formalities and so that you can take advantage of the campsite facilities. Your car must be parked outside the campsite. If your pitch or rental is available before then, we’ll be happy to let you know so you can get settled in.

Are visitors welcome?

For the comfort and safety of our guests, we only accept visitors in low season. These visitors, up to a maximum of 4 people, must be invited by holidaymakers residing on site. They must present themselves at reception with proof of identity and pay a fee to obtain a wristband giving them access to the campsite and its facilities. Their vehicle must remain parked outside the campsite.

How late can I drive into the campsite?

For the safety and comfort of our guests, the entrance gates are closed from midnight to 6am. If you need to go out after midnight, remember to take your car out beforehand, and if you return during the closing period, you can leave your car parked at the campsite entrance.

What time should I return my mobile home?

Rentals must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

Is there wifi in the campsite?

Wifi is available throughout the campsite. It is provided by an operator, all packages are available on their platform and you pay directly online on their interface.

Are barbecues allowed on the campsite?

The campsite has 2 barbecue areas. In periods of severe drought and wind, we may decide to close them to limit the risk of fire. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited outside these areas.

Is there a launderette on the campsite?

The campsite has a launderette open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with washing machines, tumble dryers, wash basins and ironing boards. Washing machines are coin-operated or token-operated, and can be purchased at reception. We lend irons free of charge.

Do I need to make an appointment for the rental departure?

It is not necessary to make an appointment for the inventory of fixtures unless you want it to be done in your presence.
Alternatively, you can return the keys to us on your departure. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out and in the event of a problem you will be contacted and photos will be sent to you.

Do I have to pay a deposit at the time of installation?
  • Rental deposit: A deposit of 200€ is required on arrival. An inventory of fixtures will take place after your departure and if no problem is observed, the deposit will be returned or destroyed. If a problem is found, photos will be sent to you and the deposit returned, less the cost of restoring the premises and the value of any damaged or missing equipment. The sum of 95€ will be deducted from the deposit if the accommodation is not in a satisfactory state of cleanliness on the day of departure. If the tenant does not wish to clean the accommodation on departure, he/she must notify reception on arrival and pay the €95 cleaning fee.
  • Pitch deposit: On arrival, a deposit of €10/person is required for control bracelets. This compulsory deposit will not be returned if the wristband is lost.

The deposit may also be retained in the event of damage or theft on the campsite.

Can I put a tent next to the mobile home?

Tents are not permitted on mobile-home pitches.

Am I allowed to invite family or friends to the mobile home? If so, is there a charge?

Are pets allowed on the campsite?

Only dogs (except those in 1ʳᵉ category) are accepted at an additional charge. Only one dog per pitch is allowed. They are forbidden in Hacienda and Coco Sweet. They must be tattooed/chipped and their vaccinations up to date (please show vaccination certificate). They must be kept on a leash and must not be left alone on pitches or in rental accommodation. They are not allowed near the swimming pool or in the buildings. Owners must pick up after their pets. Cats are forbidden.

What time can we arrive and return to our rental?
  • Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure.
  • Rentals are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.

Can we leave outside reception opening hours?

You can leave outside reception opening hours.
We ask you to let us know the day before by 6 pm. We’ll tell you where to leave your keys when you leave.

How do I cancel a reservation?

You can cancel your booking by calling us on 04.67.21.64.90 or by e-mailing us at info@camping-air-marin.fr. If you opted for cancellation insurance at the time of booking, please refer to the terms and conditions of the insurer and contact them directly. Otherwise, the sums paid will be retained by the campsite at As compensation. Application fees and cancellation insurance are non-refundable.

How do I modify a reservation?

You can modify your reservation by calling us on 04.67.21.64.90 or by sending us an e-mail to info@camping-air-marin.fr. If the modification concerns the dates of your stay, it will be subject to availability on the new dates and may lead to a change in price. The same applies to changes to the range of mobile homes or the number of people.

What is the tourist tax?

The taxe de séjour is a tax set up by the commune. It is collected by accommodation providers from tourists, who then pay it back to the commune. Revenues from this tax provide local authorities with additional resources to develop the tourist offer on their territory.
Tourist tax rates are set by local authorities, and are calculated per adult per night, according to the type of accommodation (hotel, furnished accommodation, campsite, etc.) and whether or not the establishment is classified (one to five stars, for example).

When do I have to pay the balance of my reservation?

The balance is due 30 days before your arrival at the campsite.

Can I pay in instalments?

It is possible to pay in instalments. A deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. The balance can be paid in instalments.

What payment methods do you accept?

On site, we accept cheques, vacation vouchers and cash.

Do you accept vacation vouchers?

We accept ANCV vacation vouchers.

Are you a Vacaf member?

We are not Vacaf-accredited.

How can I make a reservation?

You can make a reservation by phone, by calling us directly on 04.67.21.64.90, and we’ll be happy to advise you.
You can also book online at www.camping-air-marin.fr. You can also download our booking form from our website, together with our terms and conditions, which you can return to us by post. A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This can be made by bank transfer, credit card, cheque or vacation vouchers.
Don’t forget that it’s better to book directly with us than via an operator!

Do visitors have access to the campsite swimming pool?

Is the pool supervised?

The pool area is supervised in July and August.
Unaccompanied children under 12 years of age are not allowed in the aquatic area. Children swim under their parents’ responsibility.

Are swimming shorts allowed?

For obvious reasons of hygiene, as in public swimming pools, swimming shorts and wetsuits are forbidden.

What are the pool dimensions?

The pools are 140 cm deep, the paddling pool 30 cm. We also have a whirlpool bath.

Is the pool heated?

We have a heated, covered pool.

What are the swimming pool opening times?

The aquatic area is open daily from 10 am to 7:30 pm.

How big are the beds?

Large beds are mostly 160 cm, some 140 cm. Small beds are 80 cm.

Is there heating in the accommodation?

Our accommodations feature heating and/or reversible air conditioning in the living room.

Do you have any PRM accommodation?

We have PRM accommodation. The sanitary facilities also have adapted cabins, as does access to the pool deck.

Is smoking allowed in rental properties?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rentals, as well as in the aquatic area. We also ask you to be very careful with your cigarette butts, as fires can start very quickly. Ashtrays are available throughout the campsite. Please do not use candles.

What is the minimum number of nights for a rental?

We rent for a minimum of 2 nights in low season and a minimum of 7 nights in high season.

Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?

It is possible to park a second vehicle on your plot, which must be paid for at reception. In return, you will be given a second code dedicated to this second vehicle, allowing its entry and exit.

How are the accommodations equipped?

Our mobile homes have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, depending on the model. They all have a terrace with garden furniture and a bathroom with separate toilet. Inside, all ranges come with pillows, comforters, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and crockery. Some have TV, air conditioning, plancha, dishwasher and linen.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Only pillows and comforters are provided. We rent sheets and towels. Please remember to reserve them in advance when booking. On your arrival in the mobile home, we will provide you with a free welcome kit including 1 sponge, 1 garbage can bag, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 coffee filter and 2 washing-up liquid and floor cleaner pods. Don’t forget to bring your own tea towels and bath mats.

Is it possible to rent a baby cot or high chair?

We rent out cots and high chairs, and lend strollers, baths and baby bouncers free of charge. Please book in advance when making your reservation.

Do you offer long-term stays?

In the off-season, we offer long-stay packages with up to 17 nights free. We also offer Season packages.

What are the maximum dimensions for caravans and motor homes?

We cannot accept double-axle vehicles.

Is it possible to empty the toilet on site?

On the campsite, you can empty your cassettes at the sanitary facilities. However, you can’t empty grey water. An emptying area is less than 10 minutes away, at the Hyper U station in Agde.

Are there special sites for motorhomes?

We don’t have any specific pitches for motorhomes on the campsite.

Is it possible to have water on every pitch?

Water and electricity are included in the price of the pitch. Access to sanitary facilities, swimming pool, infrastructure and numerous activities are also included. The price includes 1 car and a small tent in addition to your main equipment (tent, caravan, camper, van). An additional tent, a second car or a pet will be charged extra. Please note that pitches are limited to a maximum of 6 people. On site, you’ll need to pay the tourist tax and eco-participation.

Is it possible to rent a fridge for campers?

Yes, of course you can rent a fridge from one of our partners and have it delivered directly to your pitch. Don’t forget to reserve it before you arrive. Call us and we’ll give you the contact details.

What kind of electrical outlets are available on the pitches?

You’ll need a European adapter (3-hole CEE plug) for your location connections. You’ll also need an extension cord.

What does cancellation insurance cover?

A wide choice of activities is available close to the campsite:

  • Canal du Midi: for walking, cycling, horse-riding or boating. The campsite is located on the banks of the Canal du Midi, and we lend out boats and canoes free of charge. On foot, you’ll find a boat rental company. A ranch also offers horseback riding.
  • Fabrikus World: The campsite is a 5-minute walk from a large amusement park with rides for the little ones and thrill rides for the grown-ups.

Where and when are the nearest markets?

The Vias market takes place every Saturday morning from 8am to 1pm at the church. It offers food products, local produce, clothing and accessories. In season, from April to September, this market also takes place on Wednesday mornings. In July and August, an evening craft market is held every Tuesday evening from 6 p.m. to midnight.

Where is the nearest ATM?

You’ll find a vending machine on the campsite, at reception.

How far are you from the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is a 7-minute drive from the campsite. It is Béziers-Cap d’Agde airport.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest SNCF train station is in Vias itself, 2.5 km from the campsite. A shuttle bus then takes you to Vias-Plage. The Agde station is served by more trains, and is less than 10 minutes away by car. There are also shuttle buses to Vias.

How far is the campsite from the nearest shops?

The nearest shops are 1 km from the campsite. There are clothes and souvenir stores, as well as an ALDI supermarket. You’ll also find a mini-market inside the campsite for basic necessities.

How far are we from Vias town center?

The campsite is a 15-minute walk from the village center, where you’ll find the church and market, and a 15-minute walk from the center of Vias-Plage, where you’ll find shops and restaurants.

Is there a beach shuttle in front of the campsite?

There is no shuttle bus to the beach. The beaches are 1 km from the campsite.

Where’s the nearest beach?

The beaches of Vias-Plage are a 15-minute walk from the campsite and have been awarded the Pavillon Bleu label. There’s the Farinette beach, where you’ll find the shops, and the Clôt beach, where Playa Water Sport, our partner for rental of pedalos, paddleboards, bananas, towed buoys, jet skis, etc., is located.
